Requirements to apply:

**Bachelor's Degree

(Degrees in Primary Education or Childhood development are preferred though not mandatory)

**PGCE or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) preferably with a specialization in either Early Year, Primary Education

**Qualified Teachers Status (QTS)

**UK Curriculum Teaching Experience is mandatory

**A progressive and consistent working history in a primary setting in the UK

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal applicant will possess a kind and personable nature and engaging personality. The teacher will place emphasis on providing their students with well-resourced lessons and promote every child's right to learn by creating a warm but challenging environment for the children. By providing children with challenging and engaging lessons, they will help support their children in unlocking their full potential. Teachers will not only be expected to develop a fantastic rapport with their class but the whole school and the wider community. The ideal teacher will possess confidence in delivering lessons of all core subjects and can develop children’s confidence and self - esteem.

**Monthly Salary of up to 40,000 RMB (Approximately £4,500)
